I can’t say enough good things about All Repair Heat and Air. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Ken was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and was completely honest and fair throughout the entire visit.

What impressed me even more was his attention to detail. Ken treated my home with respect and even cleaned up after himself before leaving, which is something you don’t always see these days.

It’s rare to find a company and technician who truly care about providing exceptional customer service, but Ken absolutely does. Great service at a fair price. My system was acting up and had frozen the coil solid one day. Another company went straight to wanting to replace the entire system for over $9,000 but Ken was able to replace the leaking coil on a 5 ton system (and dryer filter which is definitely needed when changing major system parts) after using a gas leak detector to confirm the coil was leaking. Had a lower quote from someone on facebook but Kens price was just right and service was top notch. Will recommend to everyone.

Had a brand new system inside and outside installed a month ago and we’re having issues with keeping all zone cool. The company that installed the units (no names) came out to assess and determined that the issue was because our duct system was old and needed replacing. We decided to get second opinions and two companies came out and said there was nothing wrong with the ductwork. Ken’s company All Repair Heat an Air fixed the problem. We highly recommended Ken and his company.

They were beyond great. I have previous AC experience and I can tell these guys are truthful and legit. They don't try and over sell like most companies. Pricing is a great deal as well. They get the job done and in a timely manner

He answers and all my questions and explains things to me. he doesn’t try to sell me anything that’s not required and when he’s finished with the job, everything is left as he found it. If you’re looking for an honest and dependable company, look no further. Ken came out to our house after a competing company told us we had mold in our ductwork that would require a 40k repair. Ken did a thorough inspection and assured us that we do not have any mold, or any other problems. He did a great job explaining the system to me, someone who knows next to nothing about such things. His knowledge and transparency was refreshing in a field where cartoon character mascots and gimmicks seem to be taking over. We trust Ken and his many years of experience to take care of all of our heating and cooling needs!

Ken showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, showed me what was wrong, repaired the AC unit, gave me advice on getting the warranty straightened out, and charged me a fair price. What more can you ask for?

On the 4th of July 2024 I had a horrible experience when my lawn guy made the mistake of cutting the brass coolant line with his lawn mower that attaches to the outside ac unit. I almost immediately started calling ac companies. Wasn't even at all sure that I would be able to get someone to come out with it being on the morning of a holiday. The first estimates were through the roof. However, as soon as I called these guys I was immediately put at ease. Long story short... Very professional, great work, wonderful price (less than half of what another company wanted). I'm very pleased and satisfied that I called this company and if I'm in need again I will definitely call All Repair Heat and Air.
